Why???

Why, I ask, is it so hard for family members to get along and be respectful of each other? For some odd reason it doesn't happen. I understand if you are in a new relationship but don't go and dump all your friends and family. I understand you don't want to spend as much time with me but how can you just up and quit your second job to supposedly spend more time with friends and family but in reality it just doesn't happen and when I say something to you about it you say you will change but doesn't. Do you not see how hurt I am by this? So I just don't say anything and pretend things are fine but they are not. Its too the point I just dont know what to do anymore. I don't want to feel this way but obviously you either don't care or you are so wrapped up in yourself you can't see how hurt I am and other people are.

I am not claiming to be the most perfect person, friend, wife, mother, sister, aunt, daughter or anything but I try my hardest to be a nice person and when I screw up I try to make it better. I may not always be able to be there for someone I truly care about but I try to find time for them to let them know I love them and care about them.
